As a Varsity wrestler at Western University and later a Professional Road Cyclist, I know what it’s like to train hard, push limits, and still feel your body lag behind. I’ve struggled with fatigue, cramping, low energy, and the frustration of not performing at my best—even when I thought I was “doing everything right.”

With over 15 years of experience working with athletes and being an athlete, I’ve learned that performance and health depend not just on how much you eat, but what you eat, when you eat it, and in what amounts. Getting the wrong types of fuel at the wrong times—or not enough—can hold you back, no matter how hard you train.(It's another important piece, just like mindset!)
