I’ve been there. I’ve been involved in sport almost my entire life—doubling down as a varsity athlete at Western University and later competing as a professional road cyclist. Through that journey, I learned a truth that goes far beyond sport: your mindset shapes everything—work, relationships, health, and personal goals.

If I could go back 20 years with the mindset I have now, I wouldn’t just have been a better athlete—I’d have approached life, business, and relationships with more confidence, clarity, and resilience. Growth comes through practice and action, not magic.
